03 Service Description
Gradient Lab provides online learning experiences in Python programming, artificial intelligence concepts, and machine-learning practices. Our current programs include:
- AI Explorer Course — an introductory program covering Python fundamentals and core AI concepts.

Course availability, structure, and pricing may change over time. We will communicate any material changes to enrolled learners in advance. Access to courses may be subject to geographic availability.
04 User Accounts
Where an account is required to access course materials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
You may not share account access with others. Each enrolment covers one individual learner.

When using Gradient Lab's website and course materials, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, and fellow learners.
- Not copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials beyond your personal learning use.
- Not submit false information in contact or enrolment forms.
- Not attempt to interfere with the technical operation of our website or learning platform.
- Comply with all applicable Thai laws and any additional guidelines communicated during your course.
We reserve the right to remove access for any user whose conduct is found to be disruptive, dishonest, or harmful to others in the learning community.
06 Intellectual Property
All course content, website design, written materials, code examples, and visual assets are the property of Gradient Lab or its licensed contributors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your own educational purposes only.
You may not reproduce, republish, resell, or sublicense any content from our courses without our prior written consent. Where you create original work during a course (such as a project or portfolio piece), ownership of that work remains with you.
07 Payment and Refunds
Course fees are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) on our website. All payments must be completed prior to course access being granted. We do not store payment card details.
Refund conditions:
- Requests submitted more than 7 days before a course start date may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Requests submitted within 7 days of the course start date will be reviewed individually and are not automatically eligible for a refund.
- Once meaningful access to course materials has been used (for example, completing more than 20% of modules), refunds will not ordinarily be issued.
- If a course is cancelled by Gradient Lab, a full refund will be offered to enrolled learners.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your enrolment details.
08 Course-Specific Terms
- Enrolment: Your place on a course is confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged.
- Completion: Courses are self-paced or mentor-supported. Completion is recognised when all required modules or milestones are submitted as instructed.
- Academic conduct: Work submitted for review must be your own. Sharing answers or submitting AI-generated work without disclosure may result in removal from the program.
- Community access: Learner community access is available during the active course period. Post-completion access may vary by program.
- Schedule changes: Mentor session timings and workshop dates may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
